Abstract: This article introduces the working principle of automatic coal blending technology and the two characteristics shown in production applications. (1) It has real-time adjustment capability; (2) The coal blending accuracy is high and the coke drum is stable. At the same time, it explains the basic work that should be done first to ensure the accuracy of coal blending in daily production. In addition, in view of some of the problems that the automatic coal blending system of our plant has exposed in the production practice that restricts the further improvement of the accuracy of coal blending, a series of measures have been formulated and taken to improve and perfect, and good results have been achieved. Finally, the indicators in the relevant physical materials before and after the improvement were compared, and two existing problems to be solved in the automatic coal blending system of our plant were proposed.

1 Introduction
The original coal blending method of our plant is the traditional manual control of the disk batching process. This mode of operation is not easy to adjust and has a large proportion deviation. In order to stabilize and improve the coal blending quality, our factory has adopted microcomputer automatic control coal blending since 1990. During the period from 1990 to 1995, 10 coal blending was added. After the 5 # furnace was put into production in October 1995, it increased to 18 coal blending.
The microcomputer automatically controls coal blending, the coal blending accuracy is high, and the working conditions of workers have also improved significantly. However, from the actual production situation in recent years, our factory's automatic coal blending system still has some problems that are not conducive to the stability of coke quality Need to improve and perfect.
2 Process flow and working principle
The 18-way automatic coal blending system adopts electronic belt scale weighing, PC series industrial control system, automatic dry-based proportioning control, and electromagnetic vibration feeder to control the proportioning. During the system control, the coal in the coal trough is fed to the weighing small belt through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and then the small belt sends the coal to the main belt. A speed sensor and a load sensor are installed under the small belt. The load sensor converts the weight of coal material (0-2bKG) on the weighing belt to (2-12mv). The DC signal is sent to the millivolt conversion part of the conversion board and converted to (1-5V ) The voltage signal is sent to the computer for A / D conversion, and the speed of the weighing belt is converted by the speed transmitter into a frequency signal of about 260 to 270HZ and sent to the frequency conversion part of the conversion board. / D conversion, and then the computer performs data processing according to the collected signals. When the actual feeding amount has an upper and lower deviation compared with the given value (passing current value), the regulator sends out the deviation current signal, and outputs a 4-20mA signal to the control cabinet, which is converted into a 0-20A, 380V widening pulse It is sent to the electric vibrating machine to automatically change the amplitude of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and the cutting amount is adjusted back to the given value to achieve closed-loop automatic adjustment to achieve the purpose of automatic coal blending.
